Neuma Church is looking for a passionate and experienced Communications Manager to join our team for a 6-month maternity leave contract. This role plays a vital part in helping tell the story of what God is doing across Neuma Church by providing leadership, care, and continuity across all communications, media, branding, and digital content.
Working closely with the Executive Team, campus pastors, ministry leaders, and the Communications Team, you will help ensure our messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with our vision and values. You’ll bring both strategic oversight and a hands-on approach, guiding creative direction while supporting and encouraging the people behind the work. From seasonal campaigns and social media to digital platforms and visual identity, you’ll help shape how our church connects with our community across multiple campuses and online spaces.
This role is ideal for someone who loves collaboration, has a strong eye for brand and storytelling, and enjoys leading and developing creative teams in a positive, faith-filled environment. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, service, and spiritual growth while supporting the mission of Neuma Church.
