Generations Pastor

Neuma Church (East location) is looking for a full-time Generations Pastor, responsible for coordinating all ministry activities within the Pastoral pillar. You will be responsible for ages 13 – 30 years, and provide leadership, strategy, and discipleship to help Youth, Young Adults, Students, and Young Families of Neuma, Melbourne East, find and follow Jesus wholeheartedly. You will work closely with the pastoral team to ensure that all aspects of ministry, including Kids, Youth, Young Adults,  Discipleship, and Pastoral Care, are organised and running smoothly.

Under the leadership of the Location Pastor, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all family areas of the church fostering intergenerational involvement. A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate well with a diverse range of people, including volunteers, is crucial.
