Adults Pastor

Neuma church is looking for an Adult Pastor to join our team at the Melbourne City location! In this role, you’ll focus on empowering and providing spiritual guidance to women aged 30-55 at our City location. You’ll provide both discipleship and pastoral care, fostering a strong sense of community. You’ll also collaborate closely with the pastoral team to ensure our ministry runs efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will:  

• Raise Spirit-led leaders through one-to-one discipleship, building their identity in Christ.
• Champion the cause of life groups which is the primary vehicle of discipleship at Neuma Church.
• Pastorally care for the women of this age group through various life events
• Be fully embodied with Neuma Church’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships with people of all ages.
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrate a heart for leading and equipping.
• Have the ability to work with databases
• Demonstrate a mature and Christ-like character
