Neuma Church is seeking a creative, innovative, and mission-minded Media Content Creator to lead the creative and technical execution of video and media production across all our campuses.

This is more than a content creation role. It’s an opportunity to use your creativity, storytelling, and technical skills to help communicate the Gospel, celebrate what God is doing in people’s lives, and resource the church through compelling digital content.

About the Role

As our Media Content Creator, you will:

  • Lead the production of high-quality video and photography content that reflects the vision, mission, and values of Neuma Church.
  • Produce a diverse range of content, including testimonies, sermon series, social media reels, YouTube videos, promotional campaigns, training resources, and church-wide communications.
  • Capture and creatively tell stories of life change happening across our campuses and ministries.
  • Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, and the Communications Team to develop engaging campaigns and creative initiatives.
  • Oversee media systems, equipment, and digital asset management to ensure reliable and excellent production standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop photography and videography volunteers, building a healthy and thriving media team culture.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has demonstrated experience in filming, editing, and creating content across digital platforms.
  • Possesses strong technical capability in video production, editing software, and media technologies.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and production workflows.
  • Is a creative storyteller with an eye for excellence and attention to detail.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys developing people and teams.
  • Has a genuine Christian faith and a heart to use creativity to advance the mission of the local church.

  • You will deliver media projects and campaigns on time and to a high standard.
  • You will build a skilled, engaged, and growing volunteer media team.
  • You will extend the reach of the church through creative content that helps people connect with Jesus and the life of Neuma Church.
