Generations Pastor – Neuma East

Neuma Church (East Location) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Generations Pastor to lead and oversee ministry activities for Youth and Young Adults (ages 13–30). This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care, ensuring that young people within Neuma Melbourne East are equipped to find and follow Jesus wholeheartedly.

Under the leadership of the Location Pastor, the Generations Pastor will also oversee and promote intergenerational involvement, fostering a strong connection between different age groups within the church community. A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, including volunteers, are essential for this role.

Working closely with the Location Pastor and Pastoral Team, the Generations Pastor will develop and implement effective ministry programs, ensuring that all aspects of discipleship, pastoral care, and leadership development within Youth and Young Adults ministries are well-coordinated and thriving.

This is a full-time position for a visionary leader who is passionate about raising up the next generation, fostering spiritual growth, and creating a strong, Christ-centered community.
