City Worship Support

Neuma Melbourne City is seeking a part-time Worship Support Leader who will help shape a consistent, God-honouring worship culture aligned with Neuma Church’s mission, vision, and kingdom culture values.
This role will support the development of the worship ministry through strong musical leadership, team development, pastoral care, and administrative oversight. The Worship Support Leader will work closely with the City Creative Pastor to build a spiritually vibrant and musically excellent worship team that serves across all gatherings at City Campus.
Ideally the successful candidate will bring:
  • A heart to embody Neuma’s kingdom culture values in all facets of life.
  • Proven experience in leading worship teams on and off platform.
  • Strong musical proficiency and an ability to mentor and equip others.
  • Familiarity with worship planning tools (e.g., Planning Center, Ableton, Multitracks).
  • A pastoral heart with a commitment to discipleship, unity, and excellence.
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and a teachable spirit.
