City Production Support

Neuma Melbourne City is seeking a part-time Production Support Leader who will help deliver high-quality worship and ministry experiences across all City Campus gatherings by managing the technical, audio-visual, and production aspects of services and events.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a heart to serve God and His people. The Production Support Leader will work closely with the City Creative Pastor and Worship Support to oversee all AVL systems, build and equip production teams, and ensure that every worship environment reflects Neuma’s mission, vision, and kingdom culture values.
Ideally the successful candidate will bring:
  • A heart to embody Neuma’s kingdom culture values in all facets of life.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Capacity to lead and disciple volunteers, both spiritually and technically.
  • A teachable spirit and the ability to remain calm and responsive under pressure.
