Children’s Pastor

Neuma Melbourne City is looking for a part-time Children’s Pastor who will identify and clarify strategies for the location to align and contribute to Neuma Church’s mission, vision, and kingdom culture values. The incumbent will lead and equip the local team (volunteers, parents, and children) and will play a vital part in raising and discipling leaders that disciple the next generation.

Ideally the successful candidate will bring:

• A heart to embody Neuma’s kingdom culture values in all facets of life.
• Prior Children’s Ministry experience (highly desirable).
• Working knowledge and clear understanding of Safer Churches principles in the context of a Children’s environment.
• Tech-proficient with sufficient IT skills.
• High level of flexibility and a teachable spirit – willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn.
