We have an exciting new leadership role available in the people & culture area of Neuma Church. As we prepare to step into the expansive vision God has placed in our hearts, we seek a Kingdom focused people & culture leader who can come alongside our Executive Pastor – Business to develop a global methodology & framework which will see God’s heart and vision for the people we work alongside in the ministry, fully realised.  The role is expansive and will require a flexible operator who can dynamically lead and adjust quickly to a changing and growing environment.   With continued global expansion, we seek an “out of the box” thinker who can operate in the global context, live out Kingdom culture, engineer HR & people governance infrastructure, and lead the team into the future global reality.  Given the ministry context, the role requires a highly emotionally intelligent & secure person with a heart and love for people, and a strong grasp of the spiritual dynamic at play in the Neuma Church context.

  • Full time position
  • Reports to the Executive Pastor – Business
  • Responsible for all traditional HR activities related to recruitment, performance & people management.
  • Responsible for the development & ongoing leadership of our seven (7) Kingdom Culture values across the life of the church, from staff through to congregation members.
  • Responsible to build and maintain policies, processes & methodologies which are delicately balanced to meet our legal obligations whilst also encouraging Kingdom Culture thinking, action and intention.
  • Working with location pastors and the Global Executive Team to develop frameworks which promote Kingdom Culture embodiment across the globe in highly diverse cultural contexts.

  • A security in their identity in Christ, carrying the heart of God toward others.
  • An ability to handle conflict & volatile situations in a gracious & calm manner, whilst also remaining firm and Kingdom focused.
  • A global mindset backed by experience, or high level exposure to, a global organization.
  • Extensive expertise & strategic capability in people management & organisational culture development.
  • Appropriate qualifications & experience for the senior people & culture leader.
